to swear to your own hurt

Note card of the Day:

1)      Love is patient, love is kind and is not jealous; love does not brag and is not arrogant…

2)      …does not act unbecomingly; it does not seek its own, is not provoked, does not take into account a wrong suffered…

3)      …does not rejoice in unrighteousness, but rejoices with the truth…

4)      …bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.

  1. Makes me think that Paul knew what he was talking about. Almost like he experienced this kind of love from some divine source or something? The kind of love we have been given and have thus been called to is pretty much the greatest and hardest thing ever!

I’m glad you’re reading this and thinking about it, learning it and doing it(at least, you’ve been doing it for me!) Mmmm. I love, love!

  2. What a title. Swear to your own hurt. Yes yes and more yes! That’s what love is all about.
